(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Open the applicable access door(s) to get access to Video Control Center (VCC) 10MH.

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the PAX SYS switch on VCC 10MH is set to the OFF position.

4. Procedure
Subtask 23-33-00-710-083-AE ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Operational Test of the IFE Power Isolation Function with the PAX SYS Switch

ACTION	RESULT
1.On Video Control Center (VCC) 10MH:	On VCC 10MH:
Set the PAX SYS switch to the ON position.	The internal light of the PAX SYS switch comes on. Wait until integrated In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system boot sequence is completed. NOTE: Approximately five minutes are necessary to complete the boot sequence.
	On removable DU 11MH:
	The "Login/Welcome" screen shows.
2.On VCC 10MH:	On VCC 10MH:
Set the PAX SYS switch to the OFF position.	The internal light of the PAX SYS switch goes off.
	On removable DU 11MH: The display of removable DU 11MH goes off.
3.After two minutes on VCC 10MH:	On VCC 10MH:
Set the PAX SYS switch to the ON position.	The internal light of the PAX SYS switch comes on.
	Wait until the integrated In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system boot sequence is completed. NOTE: Approximately five minutes are necessary to complete the boot sequence.
	On removable DU 11MH:
	The "Login/Welcome" screen comes on.

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1) As necessary, remove the headsets connected to the seat audio jacks.
(2) Close the applicable access door(s) of VCC 10MH.

B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
