A. Installation of the Coaxial Cable
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) In the cabin:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that the coaxial connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Connect the coaxial connector (2) to the LEO passive antenna (4):
1 Turn the coaxial connector (2) approximately five times (quarter turns) to fully engage it into the coaxial receptacle of the LEO passive antenna (4).
2 If you feel a resistance in the first turn:
a This gives an indication that the threads of the coaxial connector (2) and the coaxial receptacle are not aligned correctly.
b Thus, do this step again until the threads of the coaxial connector (2) and the coaxial receptacle are aligned correctly.
14QDB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) CRES Nickel Alloy - (3).
(e) Put the coaxial cable (1) in the bobbin (6) on the supports (7) and (9) and attach it with a new TIE WRAP(S) (5).
(4) In the cargo compartment:
(a) Put the coaxial cable (1) in the bobbin (6) on the supports (8) and (10) and attach it with a new TIE WRAP(S) (5).
(b) Put the coaxial cable (1) in the bobbin (6) against the cable (12) and attach it with a new TIE WRAP(S) (5).
(c) Put the coaxial cable (1) in the bobbin (6) on the supports (11) and (7) and attach it with a new TIE WRAP(S) (5).
(d) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the coaxial receptacle of the LEO SDU.
(e) Make sure that the coaxial connector is clean and in the correct condition.
(f) Connect the coaxial connector to the LEO SDU:
