3. Job Set-up
Subtask 23-28-13-010-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) is in position at Zone 230.
   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at access door 841 in zone 222.
   (3) Open access door 841.
4. Procedure
Subtask 23-28-13-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Mounting Base of the Top Antenna
F Antenna Mounting Base ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
   (2) Install the mounting base (2) with the screws (1).
   (3) Torque the screws (1) to between 33 and 27 lbf.in (0.37 and 0.31 m.daN ) T.
   (4) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.
06AAB1) or Polysulfide Sealant-Fuel Tank Quick Curing - (Material No.06ABF1) on the screws (1).
   (5) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Fuel Tank Fillet - (Material No.06ABB1) around the mounting base (2). Do not apply sealant in the holes that are aft of the mounting base (2).
NOTE: These holes are used as outlet air vents.
   (6) Install ceiling panels 231EC, 231FC, 231CG between FR29 and FR35 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
   (7) Install the top antenna (116RV1) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-28-13-400-001).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the access door 841.
   (3) Remove the access platform(s).
