A. SATCOM Log-on Procedure

NOTE: The procedure that follows is applicable from each Multipurpose Control and Display Unit (MCDU).
The actions and the results of this procedure occur on the MCDU used.

ACTION	RESULT
1.On the MCDU: Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen. 2.On the MCDU: Push the line key adjacent to the SAT indication.	On the MCDU: The SATCOM MAIN MENU page comes into view.
Push the line key adjacent to the SATCOM STATUS indication.	The SATCOM STATUS page comes into view.
3.On the MCDU: Push the line key adjacent to the LOG indication.	On the MCDU: The SATCOM LOG page comes into view.
	On the SATCOM LOG page: AUTO LOG-ON indication is displayed adjacent to the line key 5R. or LOGGED ON indication is displayed adjacent to the line key 1L.
4.On the MCDU: Push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication two times.	On the MCDU: The SATCOM MAIN MENU page comes into view.
