A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the access panel(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).

Subtask 21-61-41-865-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the access panel(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).

A. Installation of the Sense Lines Assembly
(1) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Apply a small quantity of Lubricant-Anti Seize High Temp. - (Material No.03PBB1) to the threaded parts of the connectors (2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (11), (12) and (13).
(4) Put the sense lines assembly in position.
(5) At the condensor (14) install the sense line connectors (11), (12), and (13).
(6) At the air cycle machine (1) install the sense line connector (2).
(7) At the anti-ice valve (3) install the sense line connectors (4), (5), (6) and (7).
(8) TORQUE the sense line connectors (2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (11), (12) and (13) to between 0.915 and 0.9 m.daN (80.97 and 79.65 lbf.in )

C. Leak and Operational Test of the Sense Lines Assembly
(1) Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connector or with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Do a leak check of the anti-ice valve sense line connections at the anti-ice valve (7), the air cycle machine (2) and the condensor (7).
(4) Do the operational test of the pack temperature control system (Ref. AMM TASK 21-61-00-710-001).
5. Close-up(1) Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connector or with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Do a leak check of the anti-ice valve sense line connections at the anti-ice valve (7), the air cycle machine (2) and the condensor (7).
NOTE: Leaks are not permitted.
(3) After approx. 15 minutes stop the pre-conditioning (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001). (4) Do the operational test of the pack temperature control system (Ref. AMM TASK 21-61-00-710-001).
Subtask 21-61-41-410-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-002).
