A. Installation of the Anti-ice Valve
   (1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
   (2) Make sure that the anti-ice valve sense-lines are in a good condition (Ref. AMM TASK 21-52-00-200-003).
   (3) Make sure that the removed packings are in a good condition. If necessary replace the AIPC 21-52-41-27-055 PACKING (2) and/or the AIPC 21-52-41-27-055 PACKING (7).
   (4) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
   (5) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (6) Apply lubricant:
CAUTION: USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED LUBRICANT TO LUBRICATE THE O-RINGS AND THE PACKINGS. OTHER LUBRICANTS CAN CAUSE SMOKE OR A SMELL IN THE CABIN WHEN THEY BECOME HOT.
     (a) Apply a small quantity of Dry lubricant-General Assembly Graphite - (Material No.
03QBD1) to the packings (2) and/or (7).
   (7) Put the packing (2) in position on the anti-ice valve (13) and the packing (7) in position on the pipe-assembly flange (8).
   (8) Put the anti-ice valve (13) in position between the pipe-assembly flange (1) and the pipe-assembly flange (8).
   (9) Install the clamps (6) and (12).
NOTE: Do not fully tighten at this time.
   (10) Install the sense line connectors (4), (5), (14) and (18).
NOTE: Apply a small quantity of Lubricant-Anti Seize High Temp. - (Material No.03PBB1) to the threaded parts of the connectors.
   (11) TORQUE the sense line connectors (4), (5), (14) and (18) to between 0.915 and 0.9 m.daN (80.97 and 79.65 lbf.in ) T.
   (12) Install the pneumatic sense hose (9).
   (13) TORQUE the pneumatic sense hose (9) connector to between 1.05 and 0.95 m.daN (92.92 and 84.07 lbf.in )
