Removal of the Pack-Outlet Pneumatic Sensor

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT AIR IS NOT SUPPLIED TO THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FROM THE MAIN ENGINE, THE APU OR A GROUND SOURCE. HOT COMPRESSED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.

NOTE: The procedure is the same for the pack-outlet pneumatic sensors 10HM10 and 11HM10.

4. Procedure
Subtask 21-61-19-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Pack-Outlet Pneumatic Sensor
(1) Disconnect the sense line (3).
(2) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove and discard the lockwire.
(4) Remove the screws (1), the washers (2) and the pack-outlet pneumatic sensor (4).
(5) Remove the packing (5) from the pack-outlet pneumatic sensor (4).
(6) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
