Removal of the Pack-Inlet Pressure Sensor

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT AIR IS NOT SUPPLIED TO THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FROM THE MAIN ENGINE, THE APU OR A GROUND SOURCE. HOT COMPRESSED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.

NOTE: The procedure is the same for the pack inlet-pressure sensors 16HH and 36HH.

4. Procedure
Subtask 21-61-16-020-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Pack Inlet Pressure Sensor
(1) FOR [16HH] (P1 PRESS INL SENSOR)
(a) Disconnect the electrical connector (5).
(b) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(c) Disconnect the pressure sense line (1).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(e) Remove the nut (9), the washer (8), the bolt (6) and disconnect the bonding strap (7).
(f) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3).
(g) Remove the pack-inlet pressure sensor (10) together with the clamps (2).
(h) Remove the clamps (2).
(2) FOR [36HH] (P2 PRESS INL SENSOR)
(a) Disconnect the electrical connector (24).
(b) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(c) Disconnect the pressure sense line (21).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(e) Remove the nut (25), the washer (27), the bolt (25) and disconnect the bonding strap (26).
(f) Remove the screws (23) and the washers (22).
(g) Remove the pack-inlet pressure sensor (29) together with the clamps (31).
(h) Remove the clamps (31).
