3. Procedure
Subtask 21-58-41-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Conditioned Service Air System (CSAS) Heat Exchanger (5103HM)
(1) Remove the air conditioning pack (10HM) (Ref. AMM TASK 21-52-41-000-001) or remove the heat exchanger unit (10HM4) (Ref. AMM TASK 21-52-24-000-001).
(2) If necessary, remove the plenum (1) as follows:
(a) Hold the plenum (1) and remove the nuts (2), washers (3), screws (4), (6) and (9) and bonding straps (7), (8) and (11).
(b) Remove the plenum (1) and the gasket (10).
(3) Remove the CSAS heat exchanger (19) as follows:
(a) Remove the screws (14), the washers (15) and the locking collars (16).
(b) Hold the CSAS heat exchanger (19) and remove the screws (13) and the washers (12).
(c) Remove the CSAS heat exchanger (19).
(d) Remove and discard the sealing element (17) and the preformed packing (18).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
