Subtask 21-52-32-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Disconnect the sense lines (3), (8) and (18).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Loosen the clamp (24), and disconnect the sleeve (23).
(6) Remove the clamp (21).
(7) Hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (11) and remove and discard the nuts (6) and the washers (7).
(9) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (15).
(10) Remove the half clamps (13), and move the sleeve (14) away from the condenser (22).
(11) Hold the condenser (22):
(a) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29), (if installed, washers (30)) and bushes (31).
(b) Disconnect the support rods (72B) and (73), and remove the condenser (22) from the aircraft.
(12) Remove the screw of the clamp (35), and bend the clamp (35) carefully to remove it.
(13) Remove the sleeves (10) and (14):
(a) Turn the sleeve (10) when you disconnect it.
(14) Remove and discard the seals (9), (16) and (20).
(15) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
Subtask 21-52-32-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the clamp (21), and disconnect the sleeve (20).
(4) Remove the clamp (18).
(5) Hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (9) and remove and discard the nuts (5) and the washers (6).
(7) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (13).
(8) Remove the half clamps (11), and move the sleeve (12) away from the condenser (19).
(9) Hold the condensor (19):
(a) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29), (if installed, washers (30)) and bushes (31).
(b) Disconnect the support rods (72B) and (73), and remove the condenser (19) from the aircraft.
(10) Remove the screw of the clamp (35), and bend the clamp carefully to remove it.
(11) Remove the sleeves (8) and (12):
(a) Turn the sleeve (8) when you disconnect it.
(12) Remove and discard the seals (7), (14) and (17).
(13) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the clamp (34), and disconnect the sleeve (33).
(4) Remove the clamp (15).
(5) Remove and discard the nuts (2) and the washers (3), and disconnect the studs (6).
(6) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (10).
(7) Remove the half clamps (11), and move the sleeve (9) away from the condenser (1).
(8) Hold the condenser (1):
(a) Remove the nut (26), washer (25), bolt (24), (if installed, washer (23)) and bushing (22).
(b) Remove the nut (32), washer (31), bolt (30), (if installed, washer (29)) and bushing (28).
(c) Disconnect the support rods (21) and (27), and remove the condenser (1) from the aircraft.
(9) Remove the sleeves (5) and (9):
(a) Turn the sleeve (5) when you disconnect it.
(10) Remove and discard the seals (4), (8) and (14).
(11) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

Removal of the Condenser
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT AIR IS NOT SUPPLIED TO THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FROM THE MAIN ENGINE, THE APU OR A GROUND SOURCE.
HOT COMPRESSED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
NOTE: The procedure is the same for condensers 10HM2 and 11HM2.

(1) Remove these access panels from the belly fairing structure (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002):

D. Safety Precautions
(1) On panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that:
(2) On the HP ground connector, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to supply the ground air.
4. Procedure(1) On panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that:
- The APU BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend is off)
- The ENG 1 BLEED and the ENG 2 BLEED pushbutton switches are released (the OFF legends are on).
(2) On the HP ground connector, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to supply the ground air.

WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
A. Removal of the Condenser CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (27). (2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Disconnect the sense lines (3), (8) and (18).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Loosen the clamp (24), and disconnect the sleeve (23).
(6) Remove the clamp (21).
(7) Hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (11) and remove and discard the nuts (6) and the washers (7).
NOTE: The retaining cables (11) will twist, if you do not hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (11).
(8) Disconnect the retaining cables (11).(9) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (15).
(10) Remove the half clamps (13), and move the sleeve (14) away from the condenser (22).
(11) Hold the condenser (22):
(a) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29), (if installed, washers (30)) and bushes (31).
(b) Disconnect the support rods (72B) and (73), and remove the condenser (22) from the aircraft.
(12) Remove the screw of the clamp (35), and bend the clamp (35) carefully to remove it.
(13) Remove the sleeves (10) and (14):
(a) Turn the sleeve (10) when you disconnect it.
(14) Remove and discard the seals (9), (16) and (20).
(15) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

(3) Loosen the clamp (21), and disconnect the sleeve (20).
(4) Remove the clamp (18).
(5) Hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (9) and remove and discard the nuts (5) and the washers (6).
NOTE: The retaining cables (9) will twist, if you do not hold the hexagonal part of the retaining cables (9).
(6) Disconnect the retaining cables (9).(7) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (13).
(8) Remove the half clamps (11), and move the sleeve (12) away from the condenser (19).
(9) Hold the condensor (19):
(a) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29), (if installed, washers (30)) and bushes (31).
(b) Disconnect the support rods (72B) and (73), and remove the condenser (19) from the aircraft.
(10) Remove the screw of the clamp (35), and bend the clamp carefully to remove it.
(11) Remove the sleeves (8) and (12):
(a) Turn the sleeve (8) when you disconnect it.
(12) Remove and discard the seals (7), (14) and (17).
(13) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

(6) If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire, and remove the clamp (10).
(7) Remove the half clamps (11), and move the sleeve (9) away from the condenser (1).
(8) Hold the condenser (1):
(a) Remove the nut (26), washer (25), bolt (24), (if installed, washer (23)) and bushing (22).
(b) Remove the nut (32), washer (31), bolt (30), (if installed, washer (29)) and bushing (28).
(c) Disconnect the support rods (21) and (27), and remove the condenser (1) from the aircraft.
(9) Remove the sleeves (5) and (9):
(a) Turn the sleeve (5) when you disconnect it.
(10) Remove and discard the seals (4), (8) and (14).
(11) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
B. Removal of the Attachment Components
(1) Record the positions of the support rods to use in the Installation procedure.
(2) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29) and (if installed, washers (30)), bushes (31) and support rods (72A), (72B) and (73).
(3) Remove the nut (3), the washer (2), the bolt (4), and disconnect the support rod (72A) from the support rod (72B).
(4) Do the inspection of the components for in-service wear (Ref. AMM TASK 21-52-32-200-001).
(1) Record the positions of the support rods to use in the Installation procedure.
(2) Remove the nuts (34), washers (33), bolts (29) and (if installed, washers (30)), bushes (31) and support rods (72A), (72B) and (73).
(3) Remove the nut (3), the washer (2), the bolt (4), and disconnect the support rod (72A) from the support rod (72B).
(4) Do the inspection of the components for in-service wear (Ref. AMM TASK 21-52-32-200-001).
