A. Preforming the Clamps
(1) Preform the four clamps of the return air tube (1) and the anti-icing tube (2):
(a) For one clamp (4):
1 Remove the adhesive tape from the clamp (step 1 of the illustration).
2 Move the head of the clamp to the other head at the other end (step 2 of the illustration).
3 Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
4 Install the new tube, and measure the external diameter of the tube where the clamp must be installed.
5 Fold the end of the clamp at the correct dimension (step 3 of the illustration).
7 Preform the clamp with the M65725349 SPECIAL TOOL along a diameter of 24 mm (0.945 in.) (step 5 of the illustration).
(2) Preform the clamp of the blanking duct (3):
(a) For one clamp (4):
1 Remove the adhesive tape from the clamp (step 1 of the illustration).
2 Move the head of the clamp to the other head at the other end (step 2 of the illustration).
3 Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
4 Install the new duct, and measure the external diameter of the duct where the clamp must be installed.
5 Fold the end of the clamp at the correct dimension (step 3 of the illustration).
7 Preform the clamp with the M65725349 SPECIAL TOOL along a diameter of 20 mm (0.787 in.) (step 5 of the illustration).
