Subtask 21-43-16-862-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

4. Procedure

NOTE: Two persons are necessary for this procedure. One person must hold panel 22VU while the other disconnects the electrical connector.

Subtask 21-43-16-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Forward Cargo-Compartment Temperature-Selector
(1) Release the quarter-turn fasteners (2).
(2) Pull panel 22VU (1) from its housing. Do not disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear plate.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (3).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Remove the two screws (10).
(6) Remove the knob (9) from its shaft.
(7) Remove the nut (8) and the washer (7).
(8) Remove the temperature selector (4).
