C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position on the right side of the aircraft, below the valve.
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position on the right side of the aircraft, below the valve.

A. Removal of the Skin Air Outlet-Valve
(1) Remove the screws (3) and (4) and release the valve (2).
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector (6).
(3) Remove the valve (2) and discard the O-ring (5).
(4) Remove the sealant from the valve (2) and the disconnected duct (1).
(5) Removal of the remaining sealant:
(6) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) Put a PLUG - BLANKING on the air outlet.
(1) Remove the screws (3) and (4) and release the valve (2).
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector (6).
(3) Remove the valve (2) and discard the O-ring (5).
(4) Remove the sealant from the valve (2) and the disconnected duct (1).
(5) Removal of the remaining sealant:

(a) Clean the areas where sealant was applied with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) . (6) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) Put a PLUG - BLANKING on the air outlet.
