Subtask 21-26-00-440-052-A
(a) Push the PUSH latch to release the handle.
(b) Pull the handle and set the deactivation switch to ON.
(c) Stow and latch the handle.
(2) On skin-exchanger isolation-valve 24HQ:
(a) Get the electrical cable and its connector.
(b) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(c) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(d) Connect electrical connector 24HQ-A to valve 24HQ.

C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position on the right side of the aircraft, below the skin-air outlet-valve 22HQ.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE at the access door 822.
(3) Open access door 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position on the right side of the aircraft, below the skin-air outlet-valve 22HQ.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE at the access door 822.
(3) Open access door 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).

CAUTION:
DO NOT USE FORCE TO TURN THE HANDLE. THERE ARE SHEAR PINS IN THE HANDLE. IF YOU APPLY FORCE TO THE HANDLE WHEN THE FLAP IS IN THE FULLY OPEN OR CLOSED POSITION, THE SHEAR PINS WILL BREAK.
A. Reactivation of the Skin-Air Outlet Valve NOTE: If the aircraft de-icing is necessary, you must be careful not to apply de-icing fluid on the skin air-outlet-valve area. During aircraft de-icing, you can keep the internal flap of the skin air-outlet-valve closed to prevent avionics equipment contamination. Open the flap after de-icing.
(1) On skin-air outlet-valve 22HQ: (a) Push the PUSH latch to release the handle.
(b) Pull the handle and set the deactivation switch to ON.
(c) Stow and latch the handle.
(2) On skin-exchanger isolation-valve 24HQ:
(a) Get the electrical cable and its connector.
(b) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(c) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(d) Connect electrical connector 24HQ-A to valve 24HQ.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do an operational test of the ventilation system of the avionics equipment (Ref. AMM TASK 21-26-00-710-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close access door 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
