A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(3) Look at the quantity indicator on the hydraulic reservoir and make sure:

OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002). (2) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(3) Look at the quantity indicator on the hydraulic reservoir and make sure:
- that the fluid level is correct, add fluid as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
- That the air pressure in the reservoir of the Blue System is 50 psi, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

A. Clean the Fluid in the Blue Hydraulic System
(2) Connect the HSPA181-380J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER or the HSPA181J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER to the aircraft connectors:
(3) Disconnect the HSPA181-380J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER or the HSPA181J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER from the aircraft connectors.
Subtask 12-36-29-615-052-A WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROLS SURFACES ARE CLEAR. MOVEMENT OF FLIGHT CONTROLS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Prepare the HSPA181-380J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER or the HSPA181J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER.(2) Connect the HSPA181-380J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER or the HSPA181J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER to the aircraft connectors:
- 2006GM suction
- 2008GM delivery.
(3) Disconnect the HSPA181-380J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER or the HSPA181J HYDRAULIC PURIFIER from the aircraft connectors.

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Look at the quantity indicator on the hydraulic reservoir and make sure:
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(4) Collect a fluid sample between 1 to 5 Flight Cycles after fluid replacement and send it for analysis (Ref. AMM TASK 12-32-29-281-001).
Subtask 12-36-29-410-086-A (1) Look at the quantity indicator on the hydraulic reservoir and make sure:
- That the fluid level is correct, add fluid as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
- That the air pressure in the reservoir of the Blue System is 50 psi, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

(4) Collect a fluid sample between 1 to 5 Flight Cycles after fluid replacement and send it for analysis (Ref. AMM TASK 12-32-29-281-001).
NOTE: The A/C can be released into service for 14 days, waiting for positive sampling results.
