Subtask 12-22-52-010-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
(1) Open the applicable emergency exit door (referred to as door) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below the applicable door.
(3) Make sure that the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder is completed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
(4) Remove the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-012) or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-013).
(5) Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes and remove the insulation mat from the inner side of the door.
Subtask 12-22-52-010-067-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Open the applicable emergency exit door (referred to as door) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below the applicable door.
(3) Make sure that the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder is completed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
(4) Remove the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-012) or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-013).
(5) Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes and remove the insulation mat from the inner side of the door.
A. Get Access
(1) Open the applicable emergency exit door (referred to as door) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below the applicable door.
(3) Make sure that the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder is completed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
(4) Remove the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-803).
(5) Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes and remove the insulation mat from the inner side of the door.
4. Procedure(1) Open the applicable emergency exit door (referred to as door) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below the applicable door.
(3) Make sure that the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder is completed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
(4) Remove the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-803).
(5) Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes and remove the insulation mat from the inner side of the door.

A. Lubrication of the Emergency-Door Locking-Mechanism Bearings
(1) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the support fittings of the locking and intermediate shaft.
(2) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the member bearing of the external control shaft.
(3) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange bearing of the internal control shaft.
(4) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange and the structural bearings of the lever shaft.
(5) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the structural bearings of the lifting and detent shaft.
(6) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange and the structural bearings of the torsionbar.
(7) Remove the unwanted oil with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(8) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) to lubricate the spring strut assembly parts. Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).
Subtask 12-22-52-640-064-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the support fittings of the locking and intermediate shaft.
(2) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the member bearing of the external control shaft.
(3) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange bearing of the internal control shaft.
(4) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange and the structural bearings of the lever shaft.
(5) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the structural bearings of the lifting and detent shaft.
(6) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange and the structural bearings of the torsionbar.
(7) Remove the unwanted oil with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(8) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) to lubricate the spring strut assembly parts. Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).

(1) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the support fittings of the locking and intermediate shaft.
(2) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the member bearing of the external control shaft.
(3) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange bearing of the internal control shaft.
(4) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the flange and the structural bearings of the lever shaft.
(5) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT and Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-- Low volatility - (Material No.03AGB1) to lubricate the structural bearings of the lifting and detent shaft.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation mats in the door structure.
(3) Install the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-012) or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-013).
(4) Do the special precaution for the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(5) Close the applicable door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 12-22-52-410-064-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation mats in the door structure.
(3) Install the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-012) or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-013).
(4) Do the special precaution for the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(5) Close the applicable door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation mat in the door structure.
(3) Install the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-803).
(4) Do the special precaution for the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(5) Close the applicable door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation mat in the door structure.
(3) Install the door lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-803).
(4) Do the special precaution for the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(5) Close the applicable door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
