A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) In the cockpit, on overhead ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that the GALLEY pushbutton switch is released (the OFF legend is on).
(3) On the galley control panel, open, safety and tag all the circuit breaker(s).
4. Procedure(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) In the cockpit, on overhead ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that the GALLEY pushbutton switch is released (the OFF legend is on).
(3) On the galley control panel, open, safety and tag all the circuit breaker(s).

A. Cleaning of the Ventilation Grids in the Galleys that have Ovens Installed
(1) If necessary, remove the oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(2) If necessary, remove the steam oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-003).
(3) If necessary, remove the microwave(s) (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-19-00).
(4) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(5) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(7) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 25-30-00-920-001).
(8) Install the oven(s), if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-001).
(9) Install the steam oven(s), if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-003).
(10) Install the microwave(s), if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-19-40).
Subtask 12-21-12-160-084-A (1) If necessary, remove the oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(2) If necessary, remove the steam oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-003).
(3) If necessary, remove the microwave(s) (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-19-00).
(4) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(5) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(6) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(7) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 25-30-00-920-001).
(8) Install the oven(s), if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-001).
(9) Install the steam oven(s), if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-003).
(10) Install the microwave(s), if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-19-40).
B. Cleaning of the Ventilation Grids in the Lavatories
(1) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(2) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 21-23-00-600-001).
Subtask 12-21-12-160-085-A (1) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(2) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 21-23-00-600-001).
C. Cleaning of the Ventilation Grids in the Galleys that have Refrigerators Installed
(1) If necessary, remove the refrigerator(s) (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-29-00).
(2) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(3) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 25-30-00-920-001).
(6) Install the refrigerator(s), if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-29-40).
5. Close-up(1) If necessary, remove the refrigerator(s) (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-29-00).
(2) Apply Aqueous Cleaner-Aircraft Interior - - (Material No.08ACA1) to the grids.
(3) Clean the grids with a sponge and clean warm water and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) If necessary, replace the air filter pads (Ref. AMM TASK 25-30-00-920-001).
(6) Install the refrigerator(s), if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-29-40).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) On the galley control panel, remove the safety clips and tags and close all the circuit breakers.
(3) De-energize the ground service network
