A. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 831 ( 841) or 832 ( 842).
(2) Open passenger/crew door 831 ( 841) or 832 ( 842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(3) Open emergency exit door 834 ( 844) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-000-001).
(4) Remove emergency-exit door panels 834AZ ( 844AZ) and 834BZ ( 844BZ) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-001).

A. Inspection

Overwing Emergency Exits - Door Surround on Fuselage, Door Seals and External Surface ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Do a general visual inspection of the overwing emergency exits. This inspection includes the door surround on the fuselage, the door seals and the external surface of the doors.
(2) Make sure that there are no signs of corrosion, cracks or damage.
(3) Make sure that all the installations are attached correctly.

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1) Install emergency-exit door panels 834AZ ( 844AZ) and 834BZ ( 844BZ) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-001).
(2) Close emergency exit door 834 ( 844) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-400-001).
(3) Close passenger/crew door 831 ( 841) or 832 ( 842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
