The engine indicating system gives the signals back to the Electronic Engine Control (EEC) regarding the overall engine condition.

3. Component Description
A. Fuel Flow Transmitter
The main function of the fuel flow transmitter is to measure the mass flow rate of fuel supplied to the combustor.
The fuel flow meter is located in line between the Fuel Metering Unit (FMU) discharge and the SCU/SVA.

B. Fuel Filter Differential Pressure (DP) Transducer
The main function of the fuel filter DP transducer is to sense the pressure drop across the fuel filter element and tell this information to both EECs.
