1. Description.

A. THS Tips.

The tips are made of light alloy. Ribs, which are made of light alloy, make them stronger. The tips are attached to the leading edge rib 25 and to the upper and lower shells of the spar box. Countersunk screws attach them to these components.

B. Tip Electrical Bonding.

For electrical bonding there are bonding plates of light alloy along the mating surfaces of the tips. Each tip has a static discharger.
