1. General
The fairings 323AL, 323AR, 325AL and 325AR are made of layers of glassfiber reinforced plastic over a honeycomb core. They are installed at the vertical stabilizer to the aircraft joint. The fairings make sure that the airflow around the joint is smooth and this keeps the turbulance to a minimum.
